What the app does

Groups Gmail clutter such as promotions, social mail and newsletters by sender and category, so you see what you are about to remove.
Moves the mail you select to Gmail's Trash in bulk.
Unsubscribes when you tap: it sends the standard one-click request where the sender supports it, and otherwise opens the sender's web link or falls back to an unsubscribe email.
Creates auto-trash rules as real Gmail filters, which run inside Gmail itself and keep working if the app is removed.
Adds up Gmail's own size figure for each message and shows the result as “~X MB will free up after Trash clears”.
Classifies senders on the device, with no cloud AI service involved.
Offers a demo with 12 made-up senders that needs no Google account and no network.

Where it stops

It works with Gmail accounts only; other email services are not supported.
It moves mail to Gmail's Trash and has no permanent-delete or empty-Trash function, so the space returns once Trash clears.
It frees space in Gmail and nowhere else. Your Google storage is shared with Drive and Google Photos, and the app touches neither.
The space figure is an estimate from Gmail's sizes, marked with “~”, and the row is hidden when a size was not measured.
Its Gmail permission is not view-only: it can move mail to Trash and change labels.
Unsubscribing relies on the unsubscribe details each sender puts in its messages.
It needs iOS 17.6 or later, or Android 8.0 or later.
There is no trial period; the free allowance is how to try it.

Privacy and your mail

The app has no servers of its own. Your device talks directly to Google's Gmail API.
When it reads a message it asks Gmail for the headers only, so message bodies are never fetched.
On the device it keeps message and thread ids, the sender address, subject line, date, size and unsubscribe headers.
One exception to Gmail-only traffic: a one-click unsubscribe goes from your device straight to that sender's unsubscribe address, carrying no email content.
No ads, and no advertising or analytics SDKs.
On iPhone and iPad, sign-in tokens are kept in the Keychain.

Google permissions it requests

gmail.modify: to move messages to Trash and change labels.
gmail.settings.basic: to create and remove the Gmail filters behind auto-trash rules.
userinfo.email: to show which account is signed in.

It does not request openid or profile access, so it never asks for your name or profile.
